HR Consultant in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, United States

As an HR Consultant, you will provide coaching, guidance and expertise in multiple areas of HR. You will support people managers, consult with managers on people related matter and operational HR support, and work on executing programs and initiatives. Another big key to this role is building strong relationships with the business. Primary Responsibilities:

 

The HR Consultant advises and coach leaders:

 
     
  • Support all people managers assigned to their geography
  •  
  • Consult with managers on people related matters and operational HR support
  •  
  • Work closely with HR Partners on executing programs and initiatives

Accountabilities / Business Partnership

 
     
  • Is an objective and independent advisor to all leaders in the geography they support
  •  
  • Provide coaching, guidance and expertise on areas to including - Employee relations and performance management, Compensation planning and decisions,  Attracting, retaining and engaging employees,  Employee development and career life cycle, Diversity and Inclusion and Change management
  •  
  • Identify and mitigate areas of risks
  •  
  • Work closely with operations to save costs and improve performance
 

 

 Strategy Execution

 
     
  • Work closely with HR Partners / Team Leads to understand and implement HR strategies and programs
 

 

 Analytics / Data

 
     
  • Analyze and share HR metrics and data to inform business decisions and goals
  •  
  • Partner with business development on specific pursuits and growth opportunities
 

 

People:

 
     
  • Coach, mentor and contribute to the development of leaders
  •  
  • Partner with HR Partners, and COEs on projects providing input, and rolling out key actions
 

 

 Processes / Compliance:

 
     
  • Provide guidance to leaders with interpreting compliance, regulations, policies, procedures and employment laws / contractual obligations
  •  
  • Continuously review and suggest improvements to existing HR processes, practices, systems and tools
